i found it because i thin that it will bring emphasis to my poem. You hear about vicious dogs all the time but that is a media hype.look into the gentle eyes of this pitbull puppy and you will see that
must be in FULL VIEW TO SEE THIS DEVIATION

I LOVE the message, i own a pitbull and face prejudice everyday!!! It's sad that if a labador or another breed bites someone they are rehablitated and viewed save afterwards! or they try and see if it's the owners fault or the dog bit the owner cause they had a tumor or something but if a rotwieler or pitbull bites someone it's THEIR fault and they don't get a second chance! It's horrible........ such prejudice..... maybe you'd like to join me and jjofthesands club? check it out at [link]

I'm totally with you on this fight, I try to educate people about pibulls, they actually make amazing companion dogs, I have a pitbull/rotweiler/catahoulah mix (heh three of the strongest dogs, with horrible reps, but amazing companions) I also have a Catahoulah, which are a lot more capable of damage then a pitbull, I'm just glad they don't fight that breed too!! What a sweet face. :( Such a sad and true poem though. I've spent a lot of time at our animal shelter in town and it's just so sad to see these amazing and loving rotties and pits skipped over because of their appearance and the bad rep the media has given them. :+fav:

that is absolutley true, i love this and now have it saved to my computer, SOME dogs are only vicous because of the way they have been treated and raised, its the same with people, nobody is truly violent as a child but as they grow up they experience things that make them violent.

im all for that. i have a pit and she is as sweet as any other dog. its not the dogs fault they are agressive. its the owners or the people who have bred them into agression so deeply.

It is so sad. and true.
I love all dogs even pits.
I think that a dog is a dog a living being some dogs are not so nice and some are really nice. I have meet labs that are really mean and I have meet "bad" breed that are really sweeites. I don't care what breed a dog is. I see all dogs as cute dogs.
and a funny fact is that I saw on the tv a couple of months ago a show about a pit that was......a rescue dog and sweet as suger, and I have heard that it is often not the pit that attacks kids it is "good" breed like labador that does it. I can be wrong on that and if I am please say so.
I am thinking that may get a pit when I have the money b/c they are so cute.

:aww: the squishy face. I'm going to get a pit the second I get out of my house. Literally. Like drive away from house and to a shelter.
